It is an excellent source of many vitamins and minerals.  One downside of Moringa is the leaves may contain high levels of antinutrients which can reduce the absorption of minerals and proteins.  Taking Moringa in capsules won’t supply many nutrients.  It is extremely low in fats and contains no harmful cholesterol.  It is highly nutritious and would be beneficial for people who are lacking in essential nutrients.  Moringa is used safely in doses up to 6 grams daily for up to 3 weeks.
• Contains– Vitamin A, Vitamin Bl, B2, B3, B6, Vitamin C, Calcium, Potassium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Zinc, Beta-Carotene, Quarcetin (lowers blood pressure), Chlorogenic Acid (moderates blood sugar levels after meals).
