We cannot ship Kratom to the following states/cities: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Tennessee, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, San Diego CA ,and Sarasota County, FL.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase due to manufacturer defect or shipping damage, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Remember, the product must mostly be intact (at least 80% of it unused).
To return an item, please email customer service at: firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

We would never consider reselling a product of this nature that has already been opened by another customer.
