Chewed my first one almost to the point of dissolving. I’ve heard the extract in these can be soaked in sublingually. It kicked in fast. 5? minutes.1 gummy felt like a relatively mild dose. My face got airy, my head felt relief, and my body felt as though it was freshly stretched for 15-20 minutes. Then the effects tapered off pretty fast. I found myself reaching for a second gummy within the hour. (I currently have no tolerance to kratom, though I used it maybe two years ago). I like the effects, to someone wanting to try kratom or sensitive to the taste this is definitely a good solution. I just wish they were 5ish mg stronger and lasted a bit longer. Still. I like them, I like the price, and maybe when paired with some capsules you can extend that relief. Thanks kratom store!
